一、All authors agree that, once the above-mentioned papers submitted for publication in this Journal are accepted, the authors shall include the whole paper, any part of the paper and the contents related to the paper (such as detailed information of the research questions, research ideas, methods, processes, data and results of the paper, The editorial Department of Shanghai Vegetables has the right to use all the rights of reproduction and communication, including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, information network communication, performance, translation, assembly and adaptation, which can be extracted from the paper. The editorial Department has the right to use the rights in the following ways, including but not limited to:
1. Copy, distribute and disseminate the paper in any form, format and medium (including but not limited to paper, CD, disk, network, etc.) known or likely to appear in the future;
2. Translate, adapt and compile the paper, and derive other works from the diagrams, abstracts or any parts of the paper.
3. Perform and disseminate the paper in various forms of expression (including but not limited to oral and written).
4. Permission is granted to CNKI's "China Academic Journals Online Publishing Database", "Wanfang Data - Digital Journal Group", "Chinese Science and Technology Journals Database" and "Super Star Journal Domain Publishing Platform", "National Science and Technology Academic Journals Open Platform", "China Agricultural Journals Integrated Service Platform", etc., to copy, distribute, compile and disseminate this paper through information network (Note: If the author does not agree to license the aforementioned database and platform, it shall be specifically stated in Article 8).

二、Term of license: term of copyright protection.

三、 Scope of licensed use: worldwide.

四、License Fee: Upon acceptance of the paper, the Journal will pay 15% of the page fee (up to 200 yuan) to the author in a lump sum (including royalties, license fee and sublicense fee).

五、Intellectual Property commitment The author warrants that the submitted work is original and does not infringe the copyright of a third party. Otherwise, the liability arising therefrom shall be borne by the author.

六、Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the Editorial Office is located.

七、This Agreement shall be signed by all authors and shall come into force on the date of signature. After signing the agreement, the agreement shall be photographed or scanned and uploaded to the submission system or sent to the email address of the journal. If the submitted paper is not accepted, this Agreement will automatically become invalid.
